Client Definition:A “client” and/or “clients” refers to any player or family member acting in the capacity of player guardian/parent if under 18 years old. Communication Policy:Client(s) understand that email is the official means of communication between coaches, parents and players. Please reserve iMessage for quick questions or day of training matters. In all future communications I will remind client(s) to email first firstname.lastname@example.org. Scheduling Policy:Client(s) understand that our training schedule will be finalized on a month - to - month basis for both group and individual sessions. Client(s) understand it is their role to check various time slots and availability on our scheduler: https://clutch-kicks.as.me/schedule.php Refund Policy:Clutch Kicks LLC does not provide refunds of any kind. It is the responsibility of the client to understand the training package and payment structure they are entering into. Cancellation Policy:Client must notify Clutch Kicks LLC within 24hrs of training time/date of a potential cancellation to allow for time for another client to fill spot. Client will be allowed 1 reschedule date/time within 2 weeks of missed appointment. Late Policy:Client(s), to maximize their training time, should plan to arrive to training location no less than 15 minutes prior to start of session. During this 15 minutes it is expected that the client will do their personal warm up routine so that the lesson may start promptly. Barring an accident or family emergency, “traffic” is not an acceptable excuse. Recurring Payments:Client(s) understand that our various packages may at times involve a monthly subscription training charge. It is the responsibility of the paying party to understand and expect a monthly training charge. Failure to pay this subscription will result in a 10% late charge. Training Packages:Client(s) understand they will receive a “code” on our scheduler website that you will enter to RSVP to your subsequent trainings. Sibling Policy:Clutch Kicks reserves the right to develop special family packages to ease the burden of paying for multiple siblings/sons/daughters’ training simultaneously. Extreme Weather Policy:Client(s) are aware that at times extreme weather events may impact time/date/place of training and flexibility may be required on the part of client(s) when such events occur. Extreme weather may include but is not limited to here as heavy downpours, thunder, lightening, hale, extreme heat, extreme cold, tornadoes, blizzards or other unforeseen weather event. Client(s) recognize that training may still occur in less ideal weather conditions and are expected to prepare appropriately. Should weather cause training to be cancelled, all possible efforts will be made to reschedule training within 1-2 weeks of cancellation. Refunds will not be offered for weather related issues. Media Policy:Clients acknowledge that their image, likeness, name and school may be used in all Clutch Kicks promotional materials including but not limited to social media, website, print and advertising materials. Parents/Guardians on Field Policy:Client(s) understand that they are not to be on the field with their child during training, unless to help “shag” or retrieve footballs. Parents/Guardians may spend time on the sidelines, or stands watching their son/daughter. Yelling, berating, cursing, critical comments made of one’s child or another’s will result in an immediate conclusion of the session with no refund for concerned client(s) at the discretion of Clutch Kicks Coaches. Drug and Alcohol Policy:Client(s) understand that drinking or drug use of any kind will not be tolerated during training for both players and parents. Violation of this policy will result in immediate conclusion of given session with no refund. Social Media Policy:As players who train with us are a reflection of our larger community, any negative social media posts, or damaging posts involving illegal activities, bullying, drugs or alcohol that reflects poorly upon Clutch Kicks LLC may result in termination of training relationship with no refund. Waiver/Liability Policy:Client(s) understand no training can take place until they have filled out our training waiver form via hard copy. Clients 18 years or older may legally sign for themselves. Clients younger than 18 years old require a parent/legal guardian to sign.
